Linear Servo System

A linear servo motor is a transmission device that directly converts electrical energy into linear motion mechanical energy, without the need for any intermediate conversion mechanism. It can be thought of as a rotary motor that is cut radially and unfolded into a flat shape.
Cored, coreless, cylindrical, and magnetic force compensation linear servo systems are particularly suitable for high-speed, high-precision applications. They are best suited for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chip placement machines, and similar devices.

There is no magnetic attraction force on the equipment.
