At CAPITAL, we understand that industrial procurement follows a "Sample First, Mass Production Later" logic. Given the high specificity of industrial cooling fans—ranging from standard SANYO DENKI units to highly customized CAPITAL alternatives—we have established a transparent policy to define responsibilities for Standard Items, Customized Items, and Engineering Samples.
1. Returns for Standard & Off-the-Shelf Products Applicable to: Original SANYO DENKI packaging (unopened) or CAPITAL standard catalog items.
We accept returns for standard products under the following strict conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- Condition: The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Any sign of installation (e.g., screw marks on mounting holes) or electrical testing voids the return eligibility.
- Logistics & Duties: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
2. Policy for Customized & Non-Standard Items Applicable to: Custom wire harnesses, IP68 potted fans, modified terminals (Molex/JST), EMI filters per drawing, etc.
Due to the unique nature of custom manufacturing,
all sales for customized items are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues.
- Non-Returnable Scenarios: Once mass production begins based on your confirmed specifications (Spec Sheet/Drawing), the order cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind or project cancellation.
- Quality Guarantee: If a defect arises from our manufacturing process (e.g., poor soldering, incorrect potting), we will offer a free replacement or repair.
- Specification Mismatch: If the product meets the agreed-upon Spec Sheet but does not fit your application due to a design error on the buyer's side, it is not eligible for return.
3. Engineering Sample Policy Applicable to: Initial 1-2 units provided for R&D and validation purposes.
Samples are intended strictly for verification and testing before mass production commitment.
- Acceptance Criteria: Sample acceptance is based strictly on the mutually confirmed Spec Sheet parameters (e.g., Rated Speed, Max Static Pressure, Airflow, Noise Level).
- Subjective Performance: Dissatisfaction based on subjective factors (e.g., "sound preference" not defined in specs) or system-level integration issues not caused by the fan itself are not valid grounds for return.
- Sample Fees: Sample fees are generally non-refundable.
4. Quality Disputes 7-Day Response: Found a quality issue? Please contact our sales team within 7 days of delivery. Our tech team will quickly inspect and verify the concern.
Shipping & Fees: If it’s a product defect, we’ll cover all return shipping. For non-quality returns return shipping will apply.
Return Process: To ensure fairness, we kindly ask you to return the item first. Refunds will be processed promptly after our inspection.
Item Condition: Please return items unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories.
